What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing model is simple. $3,000/month for all service with a minimum of 6 -12 month commitment to the sales process. Includes sales CRM install, e-mail marketing and marketing collateral. Client travel outside of my geographic area is reimbursed by you at IRS guidelines.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always reading blogs by the likes of media experts Seth Godin and Mitch Joel to sales experts like Jim Keenan. I challenge my status quo to become better at what I do.
