- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wouldn't say our pricing is complicated...but it is individually based on what our client needs. Unlike other DJ's we don't offer Flat Rate Packages that end up charging people for service they don't actually need or want. We listen to your needs and we create a package based on what you expect. We take into consideration some things other companies don't...such as season, day of the week, guest count, and the venue you're hosting in before we generate a quote. We also keep flexible rates for our Photo Booth taking the same important details into consideration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we want to talk to you to find out what you're looking for and make sure we'll be a great fit for each other. We're here to provide stress free service for the most important day of your life so it's really important that we work well together. After we find out what your needs are we'll get you a quote. As soon as you've reserved your date we'll provide you an online link to start using your online planning guides.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes we do. In fact I just enrolled in a Certified Wedding Planner & Coordinator course so that I can provide even better service to my clients. It's always our aim to keep improving. Each wedding we serve offers us vital information to keep growing and changing for the better.
