- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once we have all the details of your trip request one of our experienced travel specialists can put together an accurate quote. We always try and get you the best price possible by searching over 25 different online travel sites but if you happen to find the same package less please let us know and we will price match it. Pricing and availability change frequently so in order to secure the quoted price, it is highly recommended to book your trip within 24-48 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You request a quote for your trip 2. We send over a quote within 24 hours or less* 3. If you want to make any changes you can let us know at this time and we will resend the updated quote over 4. Provide us with your legal names, dates of birth, and form of payment 5. We book the trip 6. You receive travel documents 20 days before trip 7. Prior to departure, we set up a time to go over the documents in detail and answer any last minute questions. 8. You relax and enjoy your vacation!

Continuing education is a big part of the travel industry. Things are changing all the time. Our travel specialists make sure they take daily webinars on new resorts, keep up to date on the latest news with the airlines, and cruise lines.
