- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
OUR FEE IS SOLELY BASED ON YOUR DESCRIPTION AND NOT FOR ON-SITE QUOTE. ALL SERVICE CALLS ON INITIAL AND EVEN ON REOCCURING HAVE EXCEEDED THEIR ALOTTED APPOINTMENT TIME WITHOUT ANU CHARGE. OUR CLEANING CAN EXTEND TO A SIX EVEN SEVEN HOUR SERVICE. OUR CIMOETITION IS SOLELY BASED ON A SET TIME OF MAX OF 4 HOURS. WE NEVER LEAVE UNTIL WE ARE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH OUR RESULTS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FIRST, NONE OF OUR CLIENTS ARE TYPICAL. EVERY ONE HAS A DIFFERENT OUTLOOK AND SPECIFICATIONS ON THEIR PROJECT. SO WE MAKE IT AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE AND IT IS. WHEN WE ARRIVE ON OUR FIRST VISIT , THE CONVERSATIONS LEADING TO THAT HAVE PUT US AND THEM AT EASE JUST LIKE FAMILY.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I HAVE DEGREE (2) IN BUSINESS, AND HOSPITALITY. I HAVE RECENTLY UNDERTAKEN FOR MY SELF AND MY TEAM ALL COURSES AVAILABLE ONLINE TO BATTLE THE COVID -19 VIRUS AS WELL AS COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, AND RESIDENTIAL CHEMICAL FORMULAS AND THEIR USES. WE ALSO CONDUCT IN-HOUSE TRAINING ON EQUIPMENT AND PROCEDURES THAT IMPROVE OUR SERVICE AND YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
