- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing of services is highly dependent upon the type of matter involved. Bankruptcy cases are based on a flat fee determined by the type of bankruptcy filed, the number of assets, the amount of the debt and the complexity of the case. Generally a Chapter 7 case will cost about $1,100.00. For most criminal matters there is a set fee of $500.00 for each preliminary hearing and traffic violation hearing. For criminal summary appeals to Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas the price will be a set fee largely dependent upon the nature of the case and number of witness which need to be interviewed. For criminal trials in Common Please Court the price is usually based on an a retainer with an hourly rate of $150-$200 per hour. For Civil matters the fee is generally based on a retainer with an hourly rate of $125-$150/hr.
