Both Doug and Kris started their legal careers working for Pennsylvania trial judges so they learned early what really goes on in chambers. Doug then went on to be an Assistant District Attorney in Pittsburgh while Kris entered general legal practice. Doug has prosecuted over 1,500 preliminary hearings and tried over 1,500 cases. His success rate in criminal and DUI trials is well over 90%. He has handled all type of cases, from DUI's to attempted murders to drug deliveries, retail thefts and assaults. He has also handled hundreds of traffic violation cases including speeding and driving with a suspended license. Doug has worked in a prosecutors office in Ohio, a DA's office in Pennsylvania and a U.S. Attorneys Office in New York. Kris has handled innumerable estates and family related matters. Both Doug and Kris have handled numerous real estate transaction including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. Most of Doug's work has been with commercial properties while Kris has focused on residential. Doug also was managing attorney for the Country's premier Bankruptcy firm during the heights of the great recession, and continues his practice in his own firm. He has represented clients in over 1,700 cases, both Chapter 7 and 13. During their many years of practice they have earned the respect of their fellow attorneys and judges.
