Gail is a kind, compassionate, thoughtful therapist who truly cares about her clients. She is great at what she does, giving her unbiased and professional help when you see her. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most insurances are accepted and I work with hardship cases on making it affordable otherwise.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give new clients enough phone time to ask questions and share concerns if they want before coming in and to see if they feel comfortable. I don't ask my clients to do reviews to maintain their confidentiality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MSW, LCSW and 28 years of successful experience.
