- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price quotes are just base quotes. Our prices vary depending on size of event, type of event , date and location. Please send us a message at info@freezthemoment for final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send a quote, you review the quote. Visit our website, send us an email and we can answer all the questions you may have. Once we settle on a price and date, we send you a proper invoice. We require a 25% deposit for all events and full payment at least a week before event. We design your artwork, you approve and done, we are ready for a fun event!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carissima has a backgroung in Graphic Arts, Business ,Marketing and Retail. She loves to work with customers and she designs all the strips and postcards for our clients. Luz is a tech guru. She can work around any issue that arises when it comes to technology, she build our photobooth insides and hand picked the best technology around that produces fast and high quality prints, best looking photos and quality photobooth software. She also holds a background in Media Arts, Film and Communications.
