Introduction: We are professionally trained and certified to clean/restore all the upholstery that our competitors can't, don't know how to, or simply won't touch. Cotton, synthetic, wool, silk, "designer", and hard to clean fabrics are our specialty. I love meeting new people and helping protect everyone's carpet, furniture, and hard flooring. The challenges of new fabrics that the industry rolls out, coupled with the constant training make my job fun. Find out something about the service company you are considering using. If they do not have a website, immediately cross them off your list. In today's world, a website is like a business card...if you don't have one, you have zero credibility. Check how long they have been in business. Are they insured? Are they professionally trained and certified? Do they have a clearly written customer service policy? Do they accept all forms of payment? If a company only accepts cash, do not risk doing business with them. Look for a company with a track record of quality work and customer service.
