- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial meeting to fully understand the customer's needs and expectations. I like to brainstorm ideas to help make their special day unforgettable. After the initial meeting, emails or phone conversations are my primary form of contact. Once we are closer to the event date, I like to have another meeting to button everything up and make it perfect.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with customers of all different ages, ethnicities, musical preferences. I am pretty well rounded and flexible.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The obvious such as date, time, length but also things like equipment they would like there (such as lights, microphone, etc).
