FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you hire a professional photographer your are paying for the rights to use the image created. It is a copyrighted piece of work. Some potential clients and many so called professional photographers don't understand that fact. Like books or music your cost includes the expense of creating the material and a charge for the usage of it. I provide fair pricing to customers with a need for professional photography and video services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is critical that I understand what my client wants out of their project. That is the starting point of any conversation with a new client. I only provide an exact quote after we have had that discussion. After a price has been agreed upon the work begins. Delivery varies by job and I always work within my clients time frame. If I can't I will say so. Files are transferred electronically. After approval of images is given an invoice is sent to the client. I welcome any and all input on the work created. I appreciate all feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Fine Art with an emphasis in Photography. Trained as an intern and assistant in many studios throughout N.Y., N.J. & Pa. More than twenty years of shooting experience throughout North America. The hardware and software to complete any assignment.
