- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to offer fair pricing. I have no interest in taking advantage of anyone. I have a consult fee listed but it is waived if the job proceeds and you only pay for the job. I also offer discounts for combination jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will typically reach out to express my interest if I am matched with a customer and it is something I feel comfortable with. If the customer responds and seems interested after I share my fee, I'll set up a time for the job that works for both of us. I am willing to make recommendations for replacements and pick up items from home depot or lowes. In that case I would provide a receipt for reimbursement. I also do not accept payment until the job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for three plumbing companies and received training from a Master Plumber.
