- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always charge a fair price for what the service I provide. I have to pay my employee a fair wage and I also always dispose of the items in a professional manner which cost a dump fee to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually talk or text about the items to be removed and I can usually give them a quote over the phone. Once agreed upon we set a mutual agreed on time and show up when we say we will. Sometimes the customer will add items when I get on location so we will usually have to adjust the price to reflect the additional items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just tons of experience.
