We hired Aristone and his team to convert my building into a legal 3-unit property, and they exceeded my expectations. Their expertise and professionalism made the process smooth and stress-free.The quality of work was top-notch, meeting all legal requirements with excellent workmanship. They collaborated with my architect to address every detail, ensuring the conversion was done right.Being out of state, the most important for us was communication, Aristone kept us informed about progress, timelines, and any changes. His communication was excellent, making it easy to stay on top of things.I would Highly recommend Loux Renovations for their reliability, skill, and dedication. Would hire again!

Aristones crew were prompt, courteous, and performed excellent work (painting and repairs) for a reasonable price. Good communication from Aristone throughout, and he was responsive to my time frame needs.

After interviewing several contractors to handle significant renovations to a condominium unit in a 65+ year-old building, I hired Louxz Renovations. Besides performing excellent work, it was vital for the chosen contractor to follow the condominium rules and regulations including restricted days, hours, debris removal, etc. Although some challenges and change orders delayed completion by about five weeks, the renovations were completed without any issues and move-in has since occurred. A couple of my new neighbors commented about the workers' neatness and politeness throughout the project (highly unusual). In fact, Louxz did such a wonderful job and has been available when some "tweaking" is needed, that I asked Aristone Louxz to handle some projects in my prior home prior to putting it on the market. Highly recommend.
