FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to be upfront with the quotes and the work we are looking to perform. We will not quote prices until we get the full scope of the engagements. Many times people will call us saying we need sales and marketing/consulting/coaching/training support. That is very broad so we need to dive into and find out more of what you need. We will offer a few different options based off our conversation and send over a proper proposal for the customer review. It will be affordable to your company because you will see the results and be revived and growing after we work together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will sit down for an initial meeting, usually about 15-30 and free either on a video conference or in person. We want to learn more about you and your business opportunity, and see how we can help. It really is a way for you to get to know us and for us to learn more about you. We will then circle back with a plan and process along with a quote for projected total time and work. Our base rates our 150-250 depending on the size of the contract and number of consultants needed for the engagement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The three members are all MBA's with consulting experience in big 4 consulting or smaller consulting firms. All three of us also teach at our old business school and have many years of big and small business experience in multiple fields.
