Jan was amazing. He assembled an outdoor fireplace for our backyard and an extended size plastic storage cabinet in our backyard as well. He was consultative with additional recommendations on care and safety with our new outdoor furniture and very professional. Highly recommend!

If I could give Jan 10 stars I would. He has been an invaluable resource with so many skills and talent to help with my project. He is a very conscientious worker, punctual, flexible and eager to please but most of all a very patient & kind person while working with a deadline.
He helped to build new smaller scale furniture from Wayfair & Overstock for my 84 year old mom who was moving from a larger to a smaller apartment in a retirement community. He also helped to take down & rehang window blinds, shelves, TV & artwork among a host of other hanging projects in her new apartment.
We worked together remotely to accomplish most of the work with texts and FaceTime and then my mom fell & broke her hip. Jan was there at the time and called to let me know she had fallen; he stayed with her until the ambulance came and even followed up after that day to see how she was doing in the hospital.
I then had to fly cross country to finish moving my mom and had the pleasure to work in person for two entire days with Jan. He was just amazing to have on the moving team as he fixed a broken table and helped with optimizing the furniture layout for the space given his architect background.
At the end of the project, I felt like he was just an angel from God and we were so blessed to have found him on Thumbtack!!!

I reached out to Jan the night before to build 3 pieces of furniture and he was able to make it the following day. He was on time and did everything in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond to cut rods that wouldn’t have fit otherwise in my closet with his own equipment. He communicated everything he was doing and I’d highly recommend him for future jobs.

Jan was really great to work with: fast worker, efficient, and communicated very well. He assembled and mounted my floating tv stand and asked important questions prior to the set appointment to confirm whether or not our wall was durable for the stand we purchased. Lo and behold he was able to complete the job quickly. I definitely recommend!!

Jan was on time to our appointment, assembled the IKEA desk and set of drawers quickly and professionally and was on his way 90 minutes later. He did in 90 minutes what would have taken me all day to complete.
