Thank God for Gene with AirLife! It's 83 degrees out (feels like 87) today and my AC busted shortly after having my heater replaced a fe weeks ago. The contractor I had before AirLife said that I had a short in my system and that it would take a while to find and fix. But then I contacted AirLife, and Gene with AirLife found the short almost immediately, fixed it, and replaced both of my transformers which were getting blown due to the short. There were other problems with my condenser that he fixed as well, and this was all way cheaper than any other HVAC pros that had come out to fix a transformer (before the short was found, so they continued to blow out and charge me over $300 a pop, whereas with AirLife I think it was $187 plus labor cost). After Gene fixed my short and one transformer, he still needed to fix the second transformer, so he got that hardware and came back the next day. This was springtime so it wasn't that hot out so I wasn't worried, but oh, I thank God I found AirLife then, because my house is beautifully freezing inside of a very hot day outside.
