When our old system finally gave out in the middle of winter, AL Group came through fast. What made it easy was that they'd been honest with us for years; they'd serviced our old unit before, flagged early on that replacement was coming, and never pushed. When the time came, they assessed it straight, accounted for recent repair work we'd just done with a discount, and got us scheduled quickly. That kind of long-term honesty is rare.
They replaced the full system — Carrier AC, furnace, and coil — and included a smart Ecobee thermostat and whole-house air purifier as part of the job. The install was clean and careful, and they walked us through everything as they worked. They've also checked in a few times since to make sure everything is running well, which says a lot. +6 months later, the system runs great, the thermostat is something we use every day, and the air purifier has made a noticeable difference.

From start to finish I knew I found the right HVAC company to replace my father's 30 year old system. The initial response to the reqest was timely and professional. The technician Alex who diagnose the problem provide bandaid to repair temporarily. The estimate to replace came with over 30 pics of the system detailing what failed and the bandaid repair. We went with replacement the professionals arrive did superior work and Dad place is ice cold. I totally recommend them and they have a customer for life.
