Our AC unit went down in this heat wave and they were able to come out and diagnose the issue right away. They explained everything and went through all the options for repairs, replacements, new system etc which I appreciated. I opted for a new system and they were able to install it later the same day! They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. The price was extremely fair as well, especially compared to some of the large hvac companies out there. 10 year warranty from the manufacturer on the unit and a 1 year labor warranty from Controll Air which is great. I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend them!

This was the best contractor experience I've ever had by far. Gezim and his partner were professional, friendly, and highly efficient workers. From the very beginning, Gezim let me know what to tell whichever contractor I did hire about my current system and what I needed, even if it wasn't him. He was highly responsive to, and encouraged, my many questions before, during, and after the process and seemed to care about my interest in understanding what parts and systems were being installed. They installed a new air conditioner and, when I asked, they also replaced my furnace for a very reasonable price. They did all of this almost right away, in the rain, and with a great attitude. The whole experience was not only painless, but a pleasure - and I usually feel disrupted by workmen coming in and out of my house. They were so respectful and professional, not to mention just easy going, that it was a piece of cake - and my dog loved them, too!! I honestly wish they could fix everything that goes wrong in my house - it would make these kinds of situations more pleasant for sure :)

I lost heat last Thursday evening and reached out to Gezim from Thumbtack. He responded to my message within a few minutes and came to the rescue the second day. He is very professional, not only diagnosed the direct cause of failure but also pointed out other issues that may reduce the performance of the heater. There were no replacement parts available in stores and Gezim helped order the parts online. The same day the parts arrived Gezim came to bring the heater back to life. I can’t thank him enough for his help and would love to recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC service.

These gentlemen deserve 6 stars, while at home on 01/10/25, I suddenly smelled wire burning, then discovered it was my forced air heating system. From the smell, I had a feeling heat was not going to click back on. Use this app, Jimmy was the first to reach out to me in a matter of minutes. 20 minutes later, they were at my door as promised, and discovered the problem showed me the problem , fix the problem my family and may have spent less than 2 hours without the heat on. I am so appreciative of the professional, promptness, and targeted and solve my issue along with their recommendation. Their business card is permanently on my refrigerator. Have a problem they are the guys to call.

Super fast repairs. We were without heat on some of the coldest days of the year and they came same day to find what was wrong and only took one day to get the part we needed and fix everything. They even bled my radiators before they left for no extra charge!
