A Synergy Technician was sent out per PSE&Gs request to double-check on a Freon leak I had had with my AC unit back in late spring. He did confirm that he could see where there was a leak but said it had already been fixed. He also stated that he could find no other leaks at this time.

The guys from Synergy 3 inspected the house insulation and HVAC system they were very nice and engaging. They answered all of my questions and were very efficient. They gave recommendations to update my systems

Synergy3 recently installed a new heat pump system and thermostat at my home and the process from initial visit to installation was a good experience. My initial contact with the company was their comfort advisor Dave J. who was on time, and, more importantly, very knowledgeable on the installation process and the options I had regarding equipment needed to replace my existing heating system. Once I agreed to the proposal that Dave presented to me, the installation was scheduled for the next day. The installation technicians were also on time and the first thing they did after seeing the locations for the inside and outside units, they spent time protecting the floors in my home with coverings to prevent damage. They took a better part of the day installing both the inside unit (in a very tight utility closet), the outside unit as well as the thermostat ensuring that all was running effectively in both heat and AC modes and that I was familiar with how to work the system before they left. They were quiet, courteous installers who took extra care to prioritize protecting my home's interior during the installation. Overall, it was a very good experience working with the Synergy3 guys and I wouldn't hesitate contacting them for any future heating and AC repairs or installation.

Have multiple Bryant units, systems. Andrew took the time to explain problems as he encountered them, as well as made suggestions for good ongoing maintenance. He communicated well on top of thorough Synergy3 alerts I received. He showed up on time, and was transparent about problems and any improvements/fixes. He was able to add a clean out trap quickly at a discounted price, to match a good configuration he observed on my other unit. He cleaned up and was mindful of the many pets we have, keeping doors closed when coming/going. I will be happy to have him back when its time to clean my coils. Thank you again!
