We were really happy with the services that were provided. Johnny came to our home and was thorough & really helped my husband and I understand what the issues were and how they would be repaired. He also offered general tips regarding maintenance and was conscientious of our home and pets. I always worry when hiring a new company (from previous bad experiences), but this was a pleasant surprise!! I highly recommend Arctic Fox and will call them again if we need repairs in the future!

Jason and Jay where the epitome of professionalism. They came to replace my entire air conditioning system. The first thing I am thankful for is they came in with tarp for my newly completed hardwood floors. I just had them done. They were knowledgeable, precise, courteous and respectful. They made sure everything was working right before leaving. They showed me pictures of the work done in my attic as well as the outside unit. I am completely satisfied with Artic Fox. They also cleaned the smudges they made on my freshly painted walls. I will be using them again in the fall for heating inspection. Thank you, Artic Fox.

The technician named Johnny did an excellent job servicing my furnace and was very honest and helpful in diagnosing the real problem. Most other companies would utilize a hard sales tactic To meet you one to replace the furnace immediately when a repair and extend the useful life of the furnace.

Artic Fox guys are knowledgeable and through. They helped find a leak in my AC system. However their repair costs are pricey , they offer warranties on their work so they will end up charging you more for covering warranty costs.
