- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an $75 diagnostic For thumbtack users. We offer free estimates for smaller install Jobs Such as Mitsubishi Electric mini splits, Condenser relocation, and system replacement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical progress for working with a new customer is either a phone call or sending them to my Online self-service booking platform where customers can fill out their customer data and pick a time that works for them and immediately schedule the job. We have designed our booking process to be as easy as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve had 3 years of tech school in robotics and manufacturing plus an intensive One year hands on and classroom HVAC training program that was over 2000 hours, followed by 2 years of Apprenticeship over 8 years in the field with various manufacturer training programs and knowledge passed down from industry veterans. I was often the go to Technician for Complicated issues. I would consider myself an HVAC nerd And genuinely enjoy doing this type of work.
