I want to start mentioning how timely my Eagles HVAC technician was. He arrived fifteen minutes early for his appointment. The level of customer service was exceptional! Big thank you to Eagles HVAC for coming to the rescue in a “heated” situation. I reached out thinking it would be a day or two before someone could come, but he offered to come over right away, very late at night, to properly re-install a programmable thermostat. He was so prompt, kind, communicative, professional, etc, etc. I’m deeply grateful.
