Highly recommend Vortex Home Services! They helped us move a very heavy 107-gallon glass fish tank, approximately 175 lbs, down two flights of stairs and into our basement. This was a difficult, awkward item to move, and they handled it with great care.

They arrived when they said they would, communicated well, worked efficiently, and made sure the tank was moved safely without damaging it or our home. Very professional, courteous, and dependable. I really appreciated their help and would absolutely hire them again for another moving or home service job. Great experience from start to finish!

Costco delivered my new recliner sofa but said they couldn't move it to the basement because the stairway was too narrow. These guys were able to get it downstairs safely without any damage and assembled it for a very reasonable price. They were professional, careful, and efficient. I'm very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them. Thank you!
