I was going to pick all 5 items, but they only allow 3. Given that this was a new contractor for us, we chose him because of his responsiveness and the value of the estimate. He provided an estimate right away, and even gave us a discount for multiple work items. He showed up when he said he would, and his work is high quality. He knows his trade. During the installation of recess lights he identified ceiling issues, and also exposed wiring in the attic. He went above and beyond and secured the exposed wires with electrical tape. We'll have him back for the recess lights, once we replace the kitchen ceiling.
