It was critical to get the project underway and completed because it supported another pending project. Vice 83 was timely in their response to my request for an estimate. Owner Charlton (ex-cop and experienced in masonry) showed up and gave a no-nonesense appraisal. Was honest about what was ‘worth doing’ and better ways to get it done compared to what I thought. Hired to remake dilapidated concrete stairs, fill in masonry and purge my brick garage walls, as well as repair part of the brick wall. The concrete stairs were literally falling apart from the inside and he was able to revive them to look like new. I was shocked. Charlton manages his team well, and completed the job well under what others were asking. Great value for the service provided. Would definitely hire again. T

Charlton came to do the estimate exactly when he said. The written estimate was thorough, and when I accepted the proposal, the work was scheduled promptly. He and his crew just finished resurfacing our 32 concrete steps up the front yard, and repairing the stringers, plus one concrete block. We are very pleased with the work! When the steps are completely dry, I will add photos. Highly recommend Vice 83 Concrete & Construction!
