Paid $1450 for DUI help and basically never saw or heard from him again. He would never return my calls, and he would read my messages and leave me on READ! Many times I wanted to get really ugly with him, but my nature wouldn't allow me. Mother taught me to be grateful for all help even if it's the kind of help you don't need. There is always a lesson to be learned. I will say, that after months (24) 2 YEARS!!! of trying to reach Mr. Eves he did answer one day and we were to meet at the courthouse, which never happened. I winded up calling the courthouse myself and spoke with the officer over my case and the officer stated he did receive a few calls from Mr. EVES, but that was it. I didn't pay him to make calls I paid him to help me out with my legal trouble, which I had to resolve on my own. Poor communication, poor legal help, poor representation. Wish I had did my research. I WANT A REFUND, BC HE DID NOT HELP ME THE WAY GOOD ATTORNEYS HELP THEIR CLIENTS HIS FUDICIARY RESPONSIBILITY and DUE Diligence were both not present in our business dealings. Please don't take what I say and think it will be the same for you just use this Comment as a warning know who your dealing with just bc they have a license to practice law don't make them a good fit for you. Ask questions that will give you the answers you're looking far ask them for past clients referrals etc bc if they do a good job any clients would be first to say he was awesome. Nice gentleman, but wasn't a good fit for me.
