I recently bought a new home which needed a service upgrade, panel replacement, a few outlets, and other things. This significant project was delayed by over a month - but I want to make it clear that the delay was due to red tape from both my electric provider and my township and had nothing to do with Bright Bulb Electric nor Alex. Nonetheless, Alex was extremely responsive. He kept in pretty constant contact with me while he navigated, on my behalf, frustrating situations with both my electric provider and my township. Alex had to make several trips to my home and always showed up exactly when he said he would. Very professional. Everything Alex has done in my home looks great and operates flawlessly. He has done significant work to my home and has made it safer for my family and I. All of this at a reasonable price. These guys are my new electricians. They will get all of my business when it comes to any electrical needs we have in the future.
