Called me back immediately to discuss project. Follow up was very good. Unfortunately, I have to postpone my project, but will definitely call Carl in the future.

Negative experience from the start. Try to haggle price when he provided an upfront hourly wage. Took up the carpet before painting which was illogical but assured would put down a tarp. My floor had a few paint spots so I guess he felt that him adding to this wouldn't be a big deal. The green splatters and some of the white was what he added to my floor. My daughter's room looks worse than when he started. To be fair he offered to come back "to get up the paint" At first I was willing but decided against because if he was ok with disrespecting my house I this manner I didn't want to i teract with him in any type of way. Part of me feels the damage to my floor was purposeful due to my unwillingness to haggle over the price even though I threw in an extra $60. I am so disgusted, dissatisfied and disappointed. But the old adage you get what you pay for is true.
