Great work on the concrete and stucco jobOct 26, 2018Verified
J&R does great work, however they do not honor the 20 year warranty and did not clean up after receiving the full payment. My patio was not finished and sealed properly which leaves a trail of dust throughout the interior of my main floor. Jason and his employees finished the patio in April, and has been assuring me that issues would be corrected. It is now October and I have not been able to entertain on my new patio this entire summer because or the dust. They Charge as if they are professional, but they are extremely unprofessional!!!Oct 7, 2017
Jason and his team did a wonderful job replacing my concrete steps. My son leaned on the railing before the concrete dried which caused the railing to become loose and Jason came back and fix the problem at no cost. It was a pleasure doing business with J&R Concrete. Highly recommend!Jul 14, 2017Verified

I'm am very pleased with the work of J&R concrete construction. I never knew how excited I would be about the pouring of some concrete. Being that I live miles away, they put me at ease and trusted me as well have been very respectful. I've had issues with other contractors in the past (Transitional Xscapes) that failed to do the work and took off with my money. J&R not only put me at ease but made sure it was done in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others! Outstandingly outstanding!!!Oct 25, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Not necessarily a pricing system...but pricing factors are based upon square footage
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Ideally, I want to ask as many questions as possible to get the most clear picture of what they want the finished product to look like. I want them to feel as comfortable as possible throughout the process. I like to give customers options to choose from so they don't feel "pigeon holed" into one thing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I'm a second generation concrete mason. I have over 20 years experience in the concrete and masonry field, and I have had my own company for over 10 years.
