Did an amazing job. Was able to come out with her short notice. I wasn’t able to be on location for the repairs but everything was explained to me over the phone in detail. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired

Thermatech did a great job disconnecting the dryers at my apartment and new house that we’re swapping out! He also checked a potentially leaking radiator pipe for us, which turned out to be fine (slight water damage from an old leak).

Ben arrived at our home short notice and was able to complete the job as well as additional issues that he found with HVAC. Definitely will be using Ben again.
They came in such short notice to help us, explained clearly what the issue was and how to fix it, and fixed it promptly. Definitely would recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very fair . We know what it’s like to be in a tight spot financially and things just go wrong. Whatever we can do to help we will. There’s times we’ve done work completely free for the elderly. We just want what is best for the customer and we’re going to lay out all of your options and help you make a informed decision on repairs along with an affordable price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure I set a game plan that we both understand so I can be efficient and get the customer back to having a comfortable home
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve learned a lot of hands on training from just being in the field with my father from when I was a teenager and eventually went to school at Orleans Technical Institute. Even though I’ve been doing this for 10 yrs I also continue to keep seeking out new training to help me be that much of a better service to my customers.
