Handy Pro was very responsive and prompt. He provided me with a fair estimate of the work. When he saw the damage was more extensive, he sent videos explaining the need for the additional work. Each step, he kept me updated. Communication was sometimes challenging, but we simply connected through text so both of us understood each other. Finally, the quality of the work was great! It was a little more expensive than I would've wanted but I am satisfied with the workmanship and will hire Yaroslav for my next repair.

Excellent work! We were so grateful for the quick response and arrival for our short notice request. We had a stucco repair that needed to be painted above our front door. We were originally told it couldn’t be done until the weather warmed up but we had the open house the following day and HandyPro did the work without issue, it looks great.

I originally wrote: "They need better communication and to understand that the customer's time and schedule is equally as important as theirs (not one or the other, but both are important). if they cannot stand by their word at the beginning of the process, then there is less confidence that they will stand by their word for the job." My updated review: I had a talk with the owner and manager (Slav and Vlad) about the original mishap. They were apologetic and eager to regain trust and earn my business. I applauded them for their willingness to make things right, whereas other contractors may have simply moved on. Although hesitant, I decided to give it another chance and they willingly gave a credit towards the job. They brought extra help and were able to get the job done in less than a day, as opposed to two days. I was satisfied with the work, as well as to their attention to the details that I needed. They created a trench and added mesh wall to preclude pests around my porch. Ultimately, I gave them 4 out of 5 stars, mainly to account for the original miscommunication mishap. They made up for it very well.
