We are lucky to find Lisander of Fox Chase Painting & Decorating. Lisander is a professional, a nice guy and does beautiful work !! He did an excellent job and took care of everything -- all wall/ceiling/molding painting, painted vanity, laid plank floor, tile, carpentry, plumbing, changed all shower fixtures and set up laundry room. Our bathroom looks amazing !!!! Lisander is very meticulous and organized and always cleans up every day. Lisander and his team did a great great job ! We are hoping to hire him for additional work we want to have done.

Lisander repaired exterior trimwork and painted our front door. It was the simplest process, the price was more than fair, and the quality of workmanship outstanding. I could not have asked for a better contractor. We will definitely use Fox Chase in the future.

He did a amazing job. After a step broke on my stair case he not only replaced the broken step, but made it stronger then it’s ever been. Also reinstalled the carpet and now it looks like it never broke in the first place.

Lisander was very competent, efficient, punctual and did very good work. He painted two doors the trim on the doors, fixed a sticking door lock and installed a hose running from the basement outside. The total price is $300.00
