- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
An entirely filled 15-yard trailer of items costs the customer $600, but we are flexible with pricing and work with the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We either contact the customer or the customer may contact us, we may come out for an estimate/consultation and then we decide on a price for the job and how long it may take.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner was a railroad laborer working long hours moving materials and performing hard labor and became tired of how he was treated by the cooperation and decided to start his own company. He researched and found out that quality, affordable junk removal and hauling was a necessity in the community and wanted to provide the community with such need and provide employees with a quality working enviroment.
