- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on how much space the items take in the truck and how labor-intensive the job is. There are no hidden fees — disposal, labor, and cleanup are included in the quote. I offer fair, competitive pricing and sometimes provide discounts for small loads or repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the customer sends details or photos of what needs to be removed. I provide a quick estimate and confirm availability. Once scheduled, we arrive on time, load everything efficiently, and clean the area before leaving. Payment is simple and only due after the job is completed and the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience in moving, hauling, and property clean-outs, along with proper lifting techniques and safe loading practices. I also stay informed on local disposal rules and recycling options so items are handled responsibly. Most importantly, I focus on customer service and protecting the customer’s property during every job.
