- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For personal injury matters, my fee is typically 1/3 of the gross recovery plus reimbursement of litigation costs. For hourly billed matters, I like to meet with the client and quote a fee based on each matter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with each client so that we can determine if we, the client and I, are a mutual fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a trial attorney for over 30 years.
