Adam was very professional and demonstrated integrity. He mistakenly caused the lock mechanism to come apart and then worked tirelessly and in a focused manner to put it back together. It took him around 45 minutes more to get the job done but was very courteous and professional all along. At one point, he even offered to replace the lock; but; thankfully; he got it to work. Definitely a professional I'll be working with again!
