The locksmith arrived on time and in less than 30 minutes he diagnosed and repaired the problem and now my home is more secure. After sending a Thumbtack message, he called and scheduled with me immediately and my repairs were made the next day. Adam responded very quickly to my online request, setting up an appointment the next day. He was great about communicating with me, so I knew exactly when he was going to arrive. The job was easy -- just a replacement of a door handle and dead bolt -- but the price was quite correct. He is lovely to speak with, warm and professional. I cannot recommend A&E Locksmith enough. Book them!

Our prices are very good considering to others, I help people for fair prices because I love my job!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give the customer the space to choose the the day and the time they like, Make sure what i install is working well with no problems and ask the customer to try it before leaving! And let the customer knows that I’m happy to come back if they get any problems later!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m an artist, I have bachelors degree in arts, and I got locksmith training for 8 months in a school!
