- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Do you charge my hour ? Is there a set up fee? Do I have to pay your assistant?(if you have one ) is it extra if you would like artist to stay with you there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with them just to get a feel for what type of skin they have, whether or not they ever used makeup. What are there likes and dislikes, and what look are we trying to achieve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
