Introduction: Jodi Cachia is a Philadelphia based creative working in a variety of disciplines:
ARTIST Born with a love for drawing, Jodi knew she was an artist from a very young age. During her journey she has experimented with painting, printmaking, sculpting, and woodworking. These days her primary focus is on drawing with ink, acrylic painting, and combining these materials to develop her own unique approach to mixed media painting.
DESIGNER Jodi does not offer one style of design, but instead strives to convey her clients' message in the strongest manner possible. In her years of experience she has created countless forms of print marketing, conceived of individual and event identity, managed a design studio, and been art director of a non-profit art organization. She is currently self-employed, available for design work on a freelance basis.
PERFORMER In her performance work, Jodi switches gears and creates her visuals with action. The stories told in the King Diamond band's lyrics are twisted tails of dark family history, evil beings, possession, and insanity. For over 20 years she has been developing these characters, choreographing their every move, and bringing them to life on stages alongside the band, all over the world.

For more than a decade, Jodi had done all the graphic design work for the Philadelphia Invitational Furniture Show. She produces ads, posters, mailings, and our show catalog. Even though we pile work on her, frequently at the last minute, she never fails to produce beautiful, communicative designs. She is really good at getting to what we want with minimal cues and never objects to reworking things or showing us requested alternatives. And best of all she is good humored and easy to work with.

We literally could not run our business without Jodi. We hire her for graphic design work in posters, postcards, etc.. but she's helped us with our website, html, newsletters, advertising - anything we ask!. She has excelled in every job we've requested, and FAST too. Quick at email and phone replies, I cannot say enough good things about this gal.

When I was in search of an artist to create an new logo for my band, Jodi came highly recommended. After our initial contact I felt very comfortable about forming a working relationship due to her professionalism and desire to learn more about our style, sound, and vision for the logo, so it really would show our identity. Several other artists I contacted wished to force their vision instead of work with ours as Jodi did ! The logo she created is excellent.

Jodi designed the invitations for my wedding. She was able to perfectly capture the theme and "feel" of my wedding, and the design was beautiful and elegant. I would hire her again without a second thought.
