The Tim Albert and his colleague were knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. Time was taken to thoroughly evaluate and to inform me. They went beyond the single task for which they were called in the service of evaluating not just the piece of furniture of concern but the area around it as well. As a result, they found mould damage which the handyman hired to resolve wall and baseboard mould problems either missed or failed to report and resolve. The furniture treated and cleaned by Mr. Albert and his colleague look wonderful and the mould on the upholstery and underside is gone. I have no critical remarks to make. I highly recommend Mr. Albert and his colleague.

Tim came to the rescue drained 2 inches of water out of the basement, dried out the basement and treated for mold over a four day period. Then connected me with an insurance adjuster. (I did not know I needed one.) He worked out the payment arrangement for this unexpected emergency. Generally, this is a go-to company. Thanks Water Scouts for saving the day.
