- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we strive to serve you through our respective experience and policy, we don't compete on pricing with other companies even though we are more then likely the less expensive. Be very mindful of companies who slash their prices just to earn your business. Our company's professional fees are based on our experience and the complexity of the particular moving request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to allow our office manager or assistant office manager to communicate with customer and stay in contact with customer until the completion of move request. We have a very friendly and well trained staff waiting to assist.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our business owners have business administration degrees and/or business credits from local college and/or University. One of our business owners are a 3x successful business owner. Most of our movers are experienced laborers with working background in furniture stores, and stocking (packing). All of our drivers are CDL certified. For our movers... Background checks, drug screening and high school diploma are a most.
