- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2014, I become double certified by adding Fitness Nutrition to my NASM fitness certifications. I am working towards becoming an NASM Master Trainer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my clients purchase a 10 or 20 session package during which we meet 2-3 times weekly for 1-hour sessions of Cardio, Core, Flexibility, Strength, and Power training techniques tailored to each client's specific fitness goals. I also travel to speaking engagements and do rehabilitative training for injured clients.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you work with a trainer that is certified through a national organization (like NASM, NSCA, or ACSM) we are trained to work with all fitness levels and are knowledgeable about overuse/stress injury prevention. Your long term safety and health should be your trainer's utmost priority.
