Animals are my passion!
I've had the pleasure of befriending a wide variety of pets over the years, including cats, dogs, rats, birds, lizards, and even a few tarantulas!
I can travel to you or you are more than welcome to bring your smaller pets to me (limited to pets confined to aquariums, small cages, terrariums, etc.).
I am more than happy to take care of any other household services you may need while away (i.e. bringing in the mail, watering plants, etc.).
I strive to truly get to know the animals that I work with. Animal behavioral psychology and philosophy have been interests I've dabbled in in the past so for me, making a connection with an animal is one of the greatest feelings.
Animals are also a great way for people to connect. I love getting to know new furry (or not!) friends just as much as I love getting to know their owners!

Melodie took care of my pet rabbits while I was away and did a phenomenal job! I could not have been happier with her service as she was the nicest and most considerate pet sitter I have ever had!

Melodie is amazing! She is a kind, genuine, trustworthy person who clearly loves animals, and throughout my trip I had 100% peace of mind that my cat was in excellent hands. Melodie cared for her like her own pet, and her daily visits included a lot of quality playing and bonding time. My cat loves her and was happy and relaxed when I got home. Melodie is also incredibly considerate and went above and beyond in every way: She made two extra trips to pick up and drop off keys, sent daily updates with lots of photos and videos while I was away, and even left a nice note and a new cat toy for me to come home to. I'm so glad I found her and she'll definitely be my go-to petsitter in the future!

Melodie looked after our cat Lily for 2 weeks while we were in France.Lily looked like she'd been very well looked after and I think Melodie had been playing a lot with her.I would definitely hire Melodie again!

Melodie was a pleasure to work with! She took fantastic care of my cat who requires a daily oral medication and even sent me photo/video updates from her visits to put my mind at ease. I will definitely use Melodie's services in the future and would recommend her to a friend.

Melodie watched my cats for four days and I couldn't be happier! She sent me daily photo and video updates by text, so I was able to relax and not worry about the kitties. The cats were also content and relaxed when I got home. She also left a brand new cat toy for the them! I will definitely go to Melodie if I need someone to watch my cats again.
