More complex circumstances are analyzed by our experienced property managers and trusted vendors are dispatched as needed. Leasing: We begin showing properties before a unit becomes vacant to ensure minimal downtime between tenants and we do an extensive screening process for all prospective tenants. Our leases are written with your best interests in mind to ensure long-term, positive outcomes are achieved. Rent Collection: Tenants have access to their own online portal where they can easily pay their rent online, contact management, send a service request, and see up to date lease and payment information. Quality Accounting: With quality accounting of all of your property’s cash flow, you’ll receive a monthly itemized owner statement through your online portal that describes what was received, what was paid out, and the amount being dispersed to you. At year end you’ll receive a detailed cash flow statement.
