Introduction: When I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in English, I had no idea which direction to take. After taking a chance on a 3-month contract position as an event coordinator, I found my passion for helping others in their career paths. I have achieved a Master's degree in Human Resource Management with additional studies in a Mini MBA program at Rutgers Business School. My specialty areas include those candidates in career transition who have been out of the workforce for several years and looking to reenter the job market.
