- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system but I work with the customers so that's it's fair and right for both myself and the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer. I like to get everything on paper to make sure we are on the same page then I have the customer sign off on everything or if changes need to be made. Then I like to give them a very detailed qoute. I educate them on the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cabrini College, I have been through three different apprentice programs through my 17 year career. I am for certified first aid certified and I have my OSHA Training card. Also have my child abuse clearance card.
