- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I encourage any potential customer to contact me regardless of their budget and to not be scared off by a price list. I have packages and deals that I am confident I can make work with almost any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When taking on a new client I enjoy meeting with them in person so they can truly get a sense of the passion I possess when it comes to delivering an experience and a product they will cherish.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you hire someone who can understand your needs and vision. It’s important to feel comfortable with your photographer/videographer so you are able to voice any worries you may have.
