Don't believe everything you see on the internet. Make sure the company has General Liability and Worker's Compensation insurance and is willing to provide you with a certificate of insurance.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's a tough profession to be in. Most of what we know about our customer's problem is only what they are willing to share with us from what they have hopefully seen first hand. I wish we could be in everyone's basement while it was leaking. That would make our job much easier.We have a dedicated service department and try our best to please all our customers. We have lasted over 65 years under the same name so we must be doing something right.
