Comfortable, homey, informal studio in an outbuilding in the owner's backyard. Well-equipped, great sound, experienced engineer, competitive rates. If you're looking for a vibe that is more Big Pink or Cash Cabin than Record Plant, this might be your place. Got great stand-up bass sound that proved problematic at fancier studios. My recording here came out the best ever.

Ernie's care and concern for getting the best possible product for his clients are second to none. I have worked with Ernie on several projects and found his work, particularly in the Americana and Folk fields, to be top rate. I'm always looking forward to hearing more of his work.

I've recorded with Ernie a couple times. The day I had scheduled to record last time we ended up having a blizzard. Ernie still made time for me and even played mandolin on the track because my mandolin player couldn't make it. Little Spiders has a very comfortable, relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel at home.

Ernie produced my entire first album, Friday Night In. As a musican, I was incredibly impressed by Ernie's professionalism, expertise, and patience. Ernie is a highly qualified person to work with who is also flexible and has a great sense of humor- really important things when you're spending so much time with someone!
