Introduction: I truly believe in building long lasting, trustworthy relationships with my clients. If my staff is going to be in a client's home each week, they need to be honest as well as provide a thorough clean each time. When working on an organizing project with our clients, our professional organizers are patient and empathetic. We are thorough in explaining each step of the process so our clients can feel comfortable as we declutter each space. Helping my client's free up time for the more enjoyable things in life. I was very nervous about having someone clean my house, and I'm very particular about how I like things done, having cleaned houses professionally myself many years ago. A friend's recommendation convinced me to give "Call Lucie" a try, and I'm so glad I did! I just had my first house cleaning. They spend extra time when it's their first time at your house, and boy did it show! My house looked amazing when I got home. It actually looked "staged". They even put clean sheets on our beds! I'll definitely continue to use their wonderful service.

Nothing complicated about our pricing. $28 - 30 per hour for residential cleaning. $40-50 per hour for organizing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First have a phone conversation and then schedule a free 30 minute consultation for cleaning and 60 minute consultation for home organizing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner is a member of NAPO (National Associate for Professional Organizers) and ARCSI (Association of Residential Cleaning Services International). She also has ongoing coaching through a Cleaning Business Coach... Pam Anderson.
